๐ What the REI Pool Is
The REI Pool is where digital revenue meets tangible real-world impact. Once Phase 2 begins, 15% of all net revenues are allocated to this pool. These funds are strategically reserved for purchasing homes and expanding our Specialized Lease Options Program (SLOP) โ an initiative focused on helping potential homebuyers and sellers achieve their goals through creative, accessible housing opportunities.
This pool is funded entirely by our ecosystem โ through marketing package subscriptions, platform revenue, and other income sources โ and may also be supported by Private or Hard Money Lenders when the right opportunities arise.
Itโs important to note that Shiburnit Club members do not hold any ownership, partnership, or investment interest in properties acquired through the REI Pool. Our commitment is simple: the ecosystem makes this possible, and we feed value back into the ecosystem โ rewarding the very community that helped make it happen.
๐ ๏ธ How the REI Pool Works
Our goal is to acquire as many homes as possible โ either outright or through creative terms โ and to pay them off as quickly as possible. All lease payment cash flow from these homes is re-injected into the system just like any other revenue stream, while option payments and profits from home sales are reserved for the REI Pool (except for 10%, which goes into the Company Profit bucket to help fund operations, team compensation, and charitable initiatives).
At the launch of Phase 2, with an estimated 4,000 Platinum Burners, we project ~$14,000 per month flowing into this pool. While that amount wonโt purchase a property outright, it allows us to leverage financing, private lending, and creative deal structures to close deals and pay them off over time.
As our membership grows, this pool scales exponentially. By Stage 10, with an estimated 128,000 Platinum Burners, we project approximately $460,000 per month flowing into the REI Pool โ enabling faster property pay-offs, more aggressive deal-making, and 100% of ongoing cash flow being reinvested back into the ecosystem to fund rewards, marketing, and growth initiatives.
While Shiburnit Club does earn a small profit on each property, the primary goal is impact, accessibility, and community benefit โ helping people secure real paths to home ownership whether theyโre members or not.

Across many regions, home sellers are inflating prices based on data from widely used real estate platforms, and buyers are starting to catch on. The bigger issue appears to be valuation software used by tax assessors โ which in many cases is not following existing laws. These inflated valuations result in higher property taxes, which in turn push home prices beyond what median incomes can support.
While we cannot state that any specific company is responsible, systemic flaws in property valuation methods are clearly distorting housing markets. Lawsuits are already being filed in some regions, and the issue is not limited to the U.S. โ similar patterns are emerging in Canada and other countries.
This situation should concern anyone who owns a home or hopes to. We strongly encourage our members to help spread awareness about these issues. We will provide information on where to learn more, how to get involved, and ways to advocate for reform.
