**Our primary objective is transparency.**

While we may not align with the self-proclaimed “Official Shib Dev Team” for reasons we believe to be self-evident, we acknowledge that many ShibArmy members continue to support Shytoshi and his team without question. We respect the perspectives of all community members, even when they differ from our own.

As members of the ShibArmy, we are committed to supporting initiatives that benefit the community, such as community burns or projects that bring value to the ShibArmy, PulseChain, or other crypto communities. However, this does not mean we will follow leadership blindly, especially when legitimate questions arise about their actions or decisions.

We also advocate for community leaders to form partnerships that truly benefit their respective communities. These partnerships should prioritize the collective good, and the personal benefits for leaders should stem from their efforts to support and uplift the community they represent.

While we are part of the ShibArmy, our investments in Shib are modest. The BONE tokens we have accumulated were primarily obtained through swapping a small portion of our Shib or by participating in the original ShibaSwap Farms during the BONE minting process. Transparency, accountability, and community benefit remain at the core of our values.

In our eyes the BONE minting process was rugged from ShibaSwap Farms as they moved on to Shibarium where Trillions of Shib Token Burns were promised.

As Shibarium transaction fees stacked over $1,000,000 in BONE that were supposedly dedicated for Shib Token Burns, once again without any communication it took months for the Shib to be burned. Yes, they finally did it or at least burned a sizeable bag of Shib within a period of time. With this move they took fast action to fork the chain ensuring that the BONE accumulations for burns were drastically reduced.

With the first attempted burn portal, ShibArmy could basically send their own Shib Tokens to the dead wallet with the promise of rewards which was short lived. Now they have introduced the new burn portal called Shib Torch where base transaction fees send 70% of the Bone to accumulate to 1,000 before it can be converted to Shib and burned. At least this is what we are seeing on the official page.

The page shows 362,010,013 Shib burned so far, but it’s unclear where these Shib Tokens accumulated from with only 4 small transactions showing from days before, nothing recent. We are not sure if they are including the burns they conducted from the previous $1,000,000 or if they are coming from somewhere else.

All of the info within this section was pulled from https://shib.io/defi/burn on 2/1/2025 to help us track what’s going on with Shibarium Burns

In the Token Burn Tracker at the bottom we have copied additional info from the Ethereum Block Explorer which can be verified. We pulled the value of Shib that was burned and the ETH transaction fees to burn that Shib. We’re not sure what kind of sense it makes to perform these transactions since you basically burning that ETH from your bag and sending it to validators. If a user doesn’t complete the transaction, maybe that is where the total accumulated BONE goes. We don’t know, but but spending several dollars worth of Ethereum in gas fees doesn’t make sense for burning way less than $1 worth of Shib.

$1,000 Triggers our Live Shib Token Burn Party

Below is our Dedicated Shib Token Burn Wallet. We’ll be burning both pShib on PulseChain and Shib Tokens on Ethereum.

Shib from Ethereum will be bridged out to Ethereum and sent directly to the dead/burn wallet.

If we run out of Shib from Ethereum on PulseChain we’ll simply buy Shib directly on Ethereum to to send to the Dead Wallet. Our members can help us with this by bridging Shib into PulseChain and creating LP’s preferably with pShib.

pShib which are the free copies of Shib on Ethereum that we’ll be sent to the duplicate dead/burn wallet on PulseChain.

279 Platinum Burners will trigger these burns each month as our member base grows we will be burning more and more Shib every weekend.

Celebrating our first 250 members we’ll fire off our first Live Shib Token Burn Party!

More about Shiburnit Club

Shiburnit Club is all about creating a better community.

Specialized Lease Options Program (SLOP)

Our Leveraged Shib Token Burn Services support smaller, immediate token burns while also funding home purchases for our Specialized Lease Options Program (SLOP). This program generates monthly cash flow, with 15% of that cash flow contributed to the Shib Token Burn Pool. Additionally, 10% is allocated to our marketing budget, which rewards participating members based on the Shiburnits they’ve earned.Through these services, we acquire homes that might otherwise be unattainable, using creative strategies to assist sellers in need. Once a home is purchased, we help potential buyers transition to ownership by providing flexible lease options until they qualify for bank financing.

Key Features of SLOP

Tenant Responsibilities and Goals

Our goal is for tenants to purchase the home, and we expect tenants to share this goal. Tenants cannot sell the home unless they purchase it first.

  • Option Fees: Non-refundable option fees are required.
  • Repairs: Tenants are responsible for all repairs. However, for significant repairs (e.g., roofing or HVAC), the Shiburnit Club may assist, with costs added to the purchase price if necessary.

We are committed to helping tenants achieve homeownership and encourage them to work towards securing bank financing. When a tenant purchases a home through financing, it frees up resources to assist others. Alternatively, if a tenant completes the 25-year lease term, we benefit by retaining a portion of the profits that would have otherwise gone to a bank in interest. Both outcomes strengthen our community.

PulseChain Benefits

While we love Ethereum and it’s benefit of smart contracts, we love cheap buys even better. Ethereum went from a starting price of around $0.33 and is around $3,000 per coin now. Pretty much everything built on Ethereum was copied over to PulseChain providing free copies of Ethereum Holdings in Self Custodial Wallets.

As we begin buying and airdropping PLS and other PulseChain Core Coins our members should understand that as we grow the community the value of the Rewards will grow. While we can’t provide any financial advice we can state facts. Long term holding benefits everyone involved. There will be profit takers along the way which may cause dips in the value of the Rewards providing us the opportunity to buy their tokens cheap stacking even more rewards for our members.

PulseChain has allowed us to create Shiburnit Club Token that focuses on the main things needed to make a project successful. Unlike most projects that keep a large amount of the tokens for themselves. While Shiburnit Club controls distribution of the tokens we do not keep any for ourselves the tokens are distributed focused on building a community that works together to provide benefit for all and is not designed to create overnight riches. Once we’ve grown our community to 4,000 members we’ll create LP for our Reward and Incentive Token. Meeting this goal we’ll already have 250,000 SCT Tokens distributed and another 250,000 to go. The other 5000,000 will be set in the initial liquidity pool where we’ll be purchasing and distributing back to our members.

Our community will have the option to earn and or purchase as needed $5 worth of SCT to hold gaining qualification for 8 additional PulseChain AirDrops.

Shibarium Dev Team: Misaligned Focus and the ShibArmy’s Concerns

As a proud member of the ShibArmy since 2021, I joined the crypto space during Shiba Inu’s meteoric rise and subsequent fall after its first major run. Back then, the dream of “Shib to $1” united the community, becoming a rallying cry for holders worldwide. Later that year, Shiba Inu reached its all-time high, and even today, over 1,000,000 wallets continue to hold Shib, demonstrating the enduring loyalty of its community. However, over time, the direction of the project has left many in the community feeling frustrated and alienated.

A Shift in Focus: What Happened to Shib?

As the years passed, many prominent Shib influencers—once vocal advocates of the $1 dream—shifted their focus to BONE and other initiatives, aligning themselves with Shytoshi and a new narrative. While BONE wasn’t their sole focus, Shib itself increasingly seemed like the least of their concerns. Instead, the Shib brand has been used to market everything but Shib, leaving a significant portion of the ShibArmy confused and frustrated—particularly those who continue to advocate for meaningful burns and tangible benefits for Shib holders. To their credit, the Shib Dev Team has launched several projects, including ShibSwapShibarium, and other ventures like the revised ShibaSwap and the long-awaited Metaverse, which may include gaming. While some of these initiatives provide value to certain members of the community, they have done little to address the primary concerns of Shib holders, particularly those who rallied behind the project’s early vision. The broader frustration lies in the perception that the Dev Team is prioritizing new tokens, projects, and partnerships seemingly designed to generate revenue for themselves and their partners rather than delivering real value to the loyal ShibArmy.

Lack of Communication and Accountability

One of the most glaring issues is the lack of accountability or willingness to engage with the community. While countless writers and YouTube influencers create content around Shib, there is a noticeable absence of real, critical questions being asked. Those who do speak up, whether to question the team’s actions or advocate for burns, are often blocked, ignored, or dismissed outright. Some influencers have gone as far as to tell holders, “You bought Shib at the highs. Tough luck—we’re pumping our BONE bags now.”To be clear, we have nothing against BONE or other Shib Dev Team projects. However, if the Shib brand is being used to promote these initiatives, it is only fair and reasonable to expect that they provide tangible benefits to Shib holders as well. The loyalty and strength of the ShibArmy have always been the backbone of this project, and ignoring these supporters undermines the very foundation that made Shib successful.

An Update on the Burn Portal

Recently, it appears that a new burn portal has become operational, with burns reportedly based on 70% of the BONE accumulated from base fees, while 30% is allocated to the developers. It seems that burns can now be triggered manually, with the Ethereum gas fees paid by anyone willing to activate them. However, this is only our observation, as the documentation surrounding this process remains unclear, leaving many in the community with questions about its long-term implementation and effectiveness. While this is a step in the right direction, the lack of clear communication and transparency from the Dev Team continues to create uncertainty. For a community that has been advocating for meaningful burns for years, more clarity is needed to ensure this mechanism can live up to its potential and deliver tangible results for Shib holders.

Broken Promises and Misaligned Priorities

Over the years, the Dev Team has made lofty promises, particularly regarding burns. For example, the launch of Shibarium was accompanied by claims that trillions of Shib tokens would be burned. Instead, the Dev Team raised over $1,000,000 in BONE, which—after significant community pressure—was eventually converted to Shib and burned. However, this effort felt like an afterthought rather than a priority.Additionally, Shibarium’s fee structure was altered, drastically reducing the amount of BONE allocated for burns. A proposed $25,000 manual burn threshold also remains unimplemented, leaving many to wonder if these promises were simply a way to placate the community. Meanwhile, Shib branding continues to be leveraged for various partnerships and initiatives that appear to benefit the team and their partners more than the broader ShibArmy. This pattern of unfulfilled promises has left many in the community disillusioned. While the Dev Team has delivered projects like ShibSwap, these initiatives have often offered minimal rewards for Shib holders, focusing instead on BONE and other tokens. Partnerships, too, have often seemed opportunistic, with funds or tokens being dumped shortly after, leaving little long-term value for those holding Shib.

The Community’s Role and the Path Forward

It’s essential to remember that Shib belongs to the community. No single individual or group controls it, and its strength has always come from its decentralized, community-driven nature. Dismissing loyal holders who supported the project from the beginning—and who continue to advocate for burns and meaningful action—goes against the very spirit of what made Shib successful.Unfortunately, the Dev Team’s tendency to label anything outside their control as a “scam” only adds to the frustration. While it’s reasonable to protect the Shib brand, this behavior comes across as hypocritical, particularly given the questionable money-grab initiatives launched under their own banner. The community deserves transparency, open communication, and initiatives that align with the interests of Shib holders. Ignoring these concerns while focusing on unrelated ventures will only continue to erode trust within the ShibArmy.

The Problem With Pump-and-Dump Schemes

While we cannot speak for every Shib or crypto holder, we believe it’s time to move beyond the repetitive cycle of pump-and-dump schemes—a practice that has plagued the crypto space for far too long. These schemes, where creators hold large amounts of tokens at launch and wait to sell them off as prices surge, have become a common and damaging trend. As the candles go green, these creators pounce, cashing out and leaving unsuspecting investors to bear the losses. In the case of Shib, many holders have grown frustrated with the perception that the Dev Team has leveraged the Shib brand to promote unrelated ventures while providing minimal benefits to Shib itself. While we have nothing against BONE or other Shib-related projects, using the Shib brand to market such initiatives without delivering tangible returns for Shib holders feels exploitative. The loyalty and strength of the ShibArmy have always been the backbone of this project, and ignoring these supporters undermines the very foundation that made Shib successful. The crypto industry as a whole must move beyond these short-sighted practices. Projects should focus on transparency, utility, and long-term value creation rather than token launches designed to enrich insiders at the expense of the community. The ShibArmy—and crypto holders everywhere—deserve better.

Final Thoughts

Since 2021, the ShibArmy has been waiting for something—anything—that genuinely benefits Shib holders. Yet here we are, still waiting. The ShibArmy isn’t just a collection of wallets; it’s a passionate, loyal community built on trust and shared vision. For the project to thrive, the Dev Team must realign its focus and take meaningful action to deliver value to Shib holders. Without this shift, the disconnect between the developers and the community will only continue to grow. At the end of the day, if the Shib brand is being used to promote initiatives, then the holders who built its foundation deserve to see the benefits. The strength of Shib lies in its community, and for it to succeed, the Dev Team must prioritize the very people who brought it to where it is today. If not they should simply step aside and let the community do it’s thing. A lot of what they are doing and have done has hurt the community more than help it.
